SadhguruSynapse Solutions offers both one-time licence desktop software and subscription-based SaaS products. The following terms apply depending on the product type:
- Desktop Software (One-Time Licence) — Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual licence to install and use the software on the number of devices specified at purchase. You may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the software.
- SaaS Products (Subscription) — Access is granted for the duration of an active subscription. Termination or non-renewal ends your right to access the service. Data export options will be made available prior to termination.
- Custom Software — Licensing and ownership terms for custom-developed software are defined in the individual project agreement or statement of work.
4. Payments and Refunds
All prices are stated in the applicable currency at the time of purchase and are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
- One-time licence purchases — Eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if the software has a material defect that we are unable to resolve.
- Subscriptions — Billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are issued for partial periods.
- Custom projects — Payment terms are governed by the project agreement.

5. Intellectual Property
